Ms. Nguyen Minh Hien, graduated from Hanoi National University with English and Chinese Department. During the time in University, Ms. Hien has learned Thailand langgues. At present, she can speak fluently 03 foreign langgues as Thailand, English and Chinese.

- From 1998 - 2006, Ms. Hien worked in Hanoitourist Travel Center - Hanoitourism Company that is Hanoitourist Corporation at present. During this time, Ms. Hien used to be Deputy Manager of Inbound Department.

- Ms. Hien is now Manager of Inbound Department of Grandviet Tour Co., Ltd.
