Please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your card account or your bank.

All refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refunds process is dependent on how you have paid to us. If you paid by credit card or Onepay system, your refunds will be credit to your card. If you paid by bank transfer or Western Union, we will refund to your bank account. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 3-45 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.
