Payment Method
1. How many payment methods do you offer and what are they?
- We offer 4 payment methods: UnionPay, Visa card, Master Card and JCB card since GrandViet Tour is verified member of OnePay system. Your card information will be protected during the transmission by using security system with OnePay. Kindly noted that for payments by credit cards we apply a service fee 3%.

2. What is the Confirmation & Voucher?
- All information are generally confirmed by return fax or email within one working day. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the same time.
- Voucher will be issued by GrandViet Tour after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed.
- A service voucher will be given for customer directly or by email/fax.
3. Do you accept credit card ?
- Yes, we accept MasterCard, VisaCard, Union Pay and JCB.
4. When is the final payment?
- The final payment is before the travel date. Payment by cash/bank transfer or credit cards are excepted.
5. What happens if I make an airline booking and then do not pay or confirm?
- When you make an airline booking we can hold the booking for a limited period of time depends on the availability of the flight. If we have not received confirmation from you after two emails, we will cancel the booking.
6. What is the deposit?
- Deposit: Either full payment or a deposit of 30% of total cost will be required and decided base on individual tour basis. This should be done via one of our available online payment methods.
- Customers will receive confirmation documents or vouchers within 24 hours after we have received the deposit.
7. Can I make payment for someone else using a credit card?
- No, you cannot make a payment for someone else using a credit card. The name on the credit card must match the name of the guest.
