I spoke with Ms Grace Custodio, one of the organizers of the group, and she was all praises for the operator especially the guide they had. The guide was very helpful, even beyond his call of duty. And they truly appreciated it. The operator was very efficient and the guide extended his assistance especially to her whose husband was quarantined in Saigon. The hotel which we used to have bath before getting on train is quite old. It may not be used for next time.
The company should arrange the nice and clean toilet on the way from Sapa – Dien Bien for group.
The driver is so kind and helpful. The tourist guide is experience, knowledgeable and service mind 100%.
