Thank you very much for the services you gave for the GSE Law office group last weekend. I spoke with Ms Grace Custodio, one of the organizers of the group, and she was all praises for the operator especially the guide they had. The guide was very helpful, even beyond his call of duty. And they truly appreciated it. The operator was very efficient and the guide extended his assistance especially to her whose husband was quarantined in Saigon. His presence and help was truly truly appreciated.
I am so glad I always stick with you, Andrew, because I know with you and your staff/contacts, I will not go wrong, :)
Again thank you for continuing to provide us and our clients with effeicient and competent service. Looking forward to more quality service/transactions with you.!

The hotel which we used to have bath before getting on train is quite old. It may not be used for next time.

The company should arrange the nice and clean toilet on the way from Sapa – Dien Bien for group.

The driver is so kind and helpful. The tourist guide is experience, knowledgeable and service mind 100%.

 Thank you very much for being our guide during our tour of Hanoi and Halong Bay. It was very nice meeting you and your were extremely kind to us. Our trip to Vietnam was special because of your hard work and enthusiasm in presenting your country to us. We really enjoyed listening to you tell us about the many sites we visited and the history of your nation.
I will keep in contact with you and will send you more pictures when we return to Canada. I have recommended you to our tourist agent in Bangkok and I will recommend that she request you if any of our Canadian friends come to Asia and want to tour Vietnam.

Thanks to Mr. Tai – Russian speaking guide, we know more about Vietnam. We like Vietnamese food, especially buffet at Sen restaurant in Hanoi. The services of this trip are perfect, except Movenpick hotel Saigon. This hotel is quite far from center and the road front of the hotel are under contruction so quite noisy. We do not like visiting museums, we like visiting quite places or sunbathing on the beachs like Hoi An ancient town and Cua Dai beach.
