Overview : They 're highly appreciate for your service provide starting from  mercedes benz transfer at airport  , Meal whole trip  especiall dinner on Day at Ha noi , they 're like it so much especially whenever they got this restaurant is one of most popular restaurants at Hanoi .. Please advise by return for this restaurant  , i dont' know which one you base

For accomodation  is  satisflied by customer  please maintain

For join tour at Ninh binh, the coach condition is comfortable and the normal lunch in buffet line are satisflied as welll . They join tour  with westerner tourists   therefore , i think the service standard provided is better than asia standard, i think  ..... Please maintain this

Customer  comment that , local guide , Mr.Dong is  take care them so nice . Come  On time . However; It will be better if they improve for knowledges such as history or background of places visited because their expect for this are under their expectation . Paxs need more informations  . Is he is a new one or freelance of you ?  Because customer told that he just come work for last 3 months ago. However;  i think maintain him coz it 's good new generation  but should be well trained  ***
